In our experience, the key to a successful scale rollout is simplicity. One per unit price with few conditions or caveats to delivery. The unit price is 24/7, regardless of location and can be delivered after hours or over weekends without penalty or complication.
We work with all the major PC manufacturers such as Dell, Lenovo, Hewlett Packard and Toshiba. When delivering large scale customer rollouts, they often freight directly to our warehouse from factory, saving additional freight hops and customer expense.
We can scale our resources to meet any customer demand. Remark-IT have completed some of New Zealand’s largest end user rollouts in history, having just completed a 17,000 unit deployment across the country in three weeks, start to finish.
Project Scoping Made Easy
We deliver an agreed scope for a fixed per unit price, “Anywhere, Anytime, Anyplace” within NZ shores.
During the pilot phase we capture any additional steps required to complete a new or replacement installation and add them to the service delivery stack. We then capture those steps in a deployment guide, so any engineer can follow step by step instructions when providing the service.
